Bucky Barnes doll is convertible to the Winter Soldier doll. I don't have two dolls, just one that shares outfits, with a swappable arm. His rifle is made entirely from painted cardstock. Detail cardstock work like this is called papercraft and its a great hobby for doll makers, since it makes excellent lightweight props for almost zero cost.
